For those of you who are running WSO's and using the Warrior Plus affiliate system, I am wondering how many of the people who request to become an affiliate have actually purchased your product?

With the release of my latest WSO (not trying to point to my sig file as I have de-activated it for this post) I have noticed not one of the people who have requested to promote the offer has actually paid for the product.

Do any of your affiliates actually buy before promoting?

I'm starting to think even though the Warrior Plus affiliate system brings in a great deal of money for sellers, affiliates and Warrior Plus, it may be one of the worst things to happen to the WSO section in a long time. We are constantly seeing "false reviews" from affiliates just so their subscribers will buy from their link, as well as the incredible amount of WSO promotions coming through my inbox from members who are sending out offers left, right and center.

What if there was a way of limiting how many WSO's an affiliate could be approved for in any one given 24 hour period? Do you think that would help tide the stream of offers we are seeing from people who are only in it for the money and not caring about the list and what they would consider productive information?

There is already a limit for the number of WSOs approved in a day. It's how ever many
the Mod can approve before 24 hours runs out.

Seriously, If Allen was to limit the number of WSOs per day then there would be such a
back-up of WSO's waiting approval that in time, it would start to take week/months
    for WSOs to be approved.

As far as affiliates, Be selective in who you allow to promote your product because
in effect they are representing you and your products in the customers eyes.

    Just my .02,

Michael I think you misread my OP.

I was saying I think it may be a good idea to limit the amout of affiliates that any one member can approve to promote their WSO, not limiting how many WSO's that can be approved per day.

I understand that we should be selective in who we approve to be affiliates, and trust me I screen everyone who requests to be an affiliate, but perhaps there should be a limit in place to stop those members who want to squeeze as much money out of affiliates who approve any tom, dick, or harry.

Mike, I see it now after rereading it a couple of times although if you were
to edit your OP and add "What if there was a way of limiting how many
WSO's an affiliate could be approved for in any one given 24 hour period?"

Then it would have better conveyed the point and lessened the confusion.

        Anyway, I'll bop out now.

Is making an WSO really worth the effort? How well do you guys do on a WSO? It is really better than making an ebook for a niche and promoting on a website?

Who says that you can't do both?

Some people use the WSO forum to test their sales copy prior to launching
a product on the Market. In doing so Warriors receive a special price on the
product and the vendor gets valuable feed back so that they can make the
product, sales copy better prior to the Product Launch.

      It's sorta like a pre-launch.
      Win,Win for everyone.

      Hope that Helps,
      Have a Great Day!

Mike, Another suggestion would be Not to include you Sig in this thread at all
seeing the nature of the thread and the disclaimer you made in your OP.
With the release of my latest WSO (not trying to point to my sig file as I have de-activated it for this post)

Well that was weird because I unchecked the option but the sig showed. I fixed that also.

I think you'll find it's actually probably quite self limiting in that if someone has a list and sends 20 WSO offers to it per day, they probably won't have a list for long.
