[CREATIVE_ID] & [SUB_ID]???

I'm trying to promote a product through limelightcpa, and in the tracking url it says I need to insert creative & sub id in the link. I have no idea what these things are or where the information is. I emailed support and asked them about it and they basically said, "yes". If any of you could give me a real answer, it would be much appreciated.

    Mot familiar with limelightcpa specifically, but your creative and sub IDs are arbitrary IDs you use to tell promotions apart. The creative ID tells you what image or ad copy you used on the promotion; the sub ID tells you which specific offer you were making.

    So when I run a promotion using three different ad banners, and that banner is run either at the top or the bottom of the page, I would have creative IDs of "banner1" through "banner3" and sub IDs of "pagetop" and "pagebottom" - giving me six different campaigns, each of which needs to get about 1k impressions before I can really compare conversion rates as a valid test.

    Your CPA company may use these terms differently, but this is how I've always used these terms in tracking discussions.

    Creative ID and SUB ID are not required.
