I need a step by step guide

If I can just point out, using a domain containing the product name may only make sense if you are promoting a high end product to bonus shoppers comparing affiliate's offers. Normal consumers don't yet know the product name they begin a search, you could make better use of a keyword matching domain name, depending in the search, there might be some education to do before talking about the product.

Also by using a more generic keyword optimizing, perhaps for DitePlans, rather than BobsDietProduct, you can easily steer the site toward a different product if your first choice turns out to be a lousy converter.

Have you tried Googling what you want? There are a ton of free ebooks on how to make money online doing just about anything.
For example..you can try "how to make money using clickbank."
If you type that into Google, you'll get 6,600,000 results so there's bound to be some good info there for you.

If you want some general info on freelancing work and lots of URLS to sites that also advertise jobs, you could always buy my new ebook. The link is in my signature.

So hopefully those tips will help you a bit.

Neither are pre-made affiliate pages that you host on your own domain.

I'm new to IM myself, I have been building amazon affiliate sites selling amazon products. Here's what I've learned.

1. Pick a product that is a true niche and not something overly competitive. You have to really dig and find that product that will make some sales.

2. Do your keyword research and competition research. This is the most important step. It does no good to find a good product and than throw it away on a too highly competitive keyword.

3. Don't do to much researching. Sometimes you have to just get something done and move forward. Try to set task for yourself to complete in a day and stick to it.

4. Build multiple websites with different products(advice I need to take myself) But if you build multiple websites than you have a better chance of making money and seeing what works and what doesn't. Just use a wordpress review theme and you can bang these websites out in a few hours.

5. Stick to one method and really work it. Don't try 5 different methods at once. just pick one follow it step by step and ask questions when you get stuck.

6. The idea is to make a little money from a lot of little websites. until you can build an authority website. So lets say you only make $5 a day from a website now if you have 20 websites that make $5 a day than your making $100 a day.

7. You have to realize that not every warrior is right or wrong for that matter. You will get some good advice here but that doesn't mean it's the only way of doing things. Find what works best for you and keep doing it.

8. Realize it's going to be hard work and your going to have to invest a lot of time and energy until you get a good system down.

9. Backlinks: get backlinks, backlinks, backlinks and more backlinks. This is something I'm still trying to learn, but basically good backlinks gets your site to the top.

10. I'm a newb myself so maybe you should get some better opinions but this is just my two cents.

  That's some pretty good advice JT, stick with it don't give up believe in yourself is the best i can give you. There is a learning curve in no matter what you do the trick is finding ways to straighten that curve as much as you can.

Kitcho are you really serious about earning money online. Then I am going to make a few real suggestions to you. First you need to get serious. You should take the time to invest in your skill sets and learn each skill very well.

However this will be for not if you do not know your market and have a solution to a problem they have or an answer to a want that they crave. So I would make sure that I had a product whether it be affiliate or direct marketing and make sure it fits what most of that market needs. If you have no value to offer, then you will never do well in this industry. Plain and simple. Remember that the most important thing you can do is build a relationship with your customers and clients. Ask any big time marketer and they will tell you. It is not about the money being in the list, it is about the money being in the relationships you build with them.

And finally I would get myself a coach. Someone that will hold you accountable and that will hold you on your crap. Someone that does not offer you a refund just because they told you that you did not deliver and are not doing your best. If you want to be in this industry you need to be honest with yourself and be able to take honest criticism from those that are leading you.

That is my advice take it or leave it I really do not care. It is no never mind to me, because what you do in your business is your choice.

Am I missing something? You said that Adwords got canceled because you clicked on it to see if you made money...

I think you meant Adsense, right?

If so, wouldn't you still be able to use Adwords to drive traffic?

There are many other alternatives to paid traffic but I highly recommend getting into CPA marketing with it. When I first got started in Internet marketing I tried affiliate marketing which is hard to do if you do not have a list yet so, I recommend promoting other peoples offers that are willing to give you a pretty chunk of change in CPA offers tend to do that.

First off, if you don't know how to make money online, then you certainly should not be trying to sell an article marketing guide in your signature link.

Second, there are many alternatives to Google AdSense, which I assume you really meant and not Google Adwords. You can use one of these alternatives to display ads on your site to make money.

Last, if you have money to invest you are better off saving it for good content from someone with a strong command of the English language. This will take you further than anything else you can buy. Plus there are many free guides out there to help you make money with a blog.

If you do insist on spending money to learn, I would start by spending the money for a War Room membership. This will give you access to a ton of information that can help you get started.

As long as you have some time to devote, there are many good step by step plans for you to emulate. Start with the 5 star posts on the main forum and you will see many warriors who share with you their plans AND you also get additional suggestions from other warriors who reply to these threads.....It is definitely how I would start my research.

First decide how you want to earn online, there are different ways ..........so first decide one..........i would suggest affiliate marketing...you can download a free Ebook (see my signature below) which takes a step by step approach and helps you build you your online business!

Unfortunately everyone and their dog is competing in the wordpress + clickbank market. And honestly, maybe 2-3% are making any REAL money. I would either create my own product and list or go into something totally different if I were you. Honest, direct & straight advice from someone that's dabbled in just about everything!
