Domain giveaway question

I have a domain that has basically been sitting since Jan 2004 - never developed (Hey, I've been busy, O.K.? ) and I basically just want to let someone have it without my having to go through the process and expense of Flippa or paying to post it here.

This has to do with "following your heart" and being "successful", so might be something someone could use in a motivational niche.

I don't have time to develop it, so what should I do with it?

    I have a lot of domains, don't give any away, but if I did I would try to build some sorta list from the giveaway. For instance if you have a Twitter account you want to get more followers on, announce that anyone that follows your Twitter account and posts #domaingiveaway will be in on a drawing for that domain in x amount of days or weeks. Could add a few dozen or a few hundred extra followers to your account.

    Just an idea...
