Best way to give 100% commission?

Hi - I am currently building a product package..... This is NOT a plug for it! I just want to know what is the best way to go about doing a 100% commission on it....

I am torn between PDC and Clickbank. It is a $17 product and I am going to give 100% of the commission to affiliates.... I just need to know the best way.

PDC is great and I know it can be done - but the monty goes into paypal - so I will be losing money on each sale because of the paypal commissions. So therfor I will make a loss... Not great business sense.

Or I could use clickbank - but not sure if they can do this - can someone please advise me???

    I know you won't be able to use clickbank because all they allow is up to
    75%.

    At the very least, you could use the $7 script which should be available for about $7.
