Hello. i just want to know what all legal things must be included in ebook like disclamers, etc. and what is the order of those things (first disclamer then table of content, etc..).

    This may not be the answer that you're looking but...

    There are no requirements to put in any of those things. The reason they are included is to protect the assets of the author/seller.

    However, many of the disclaimers I see obviously have not been written by a legal professional, and are of dubious legal value.

    The only reason disclaimers are needed are if you have business assets worth protecting-- and in that case, you can afford to have a legal professional write them.

    Just my 2 cents.
