Can you place a link to ANY domain you own in your signature?

As I read through the posts on the Warrior Forum, I usually take a look at the signatures as well.

Most signatures seem to be promoting a WSO or an IM offer. Of course, this makes sense on an internet marketing forum.

However, if you don't have an internet marketing offer at the moment, are you allowed to link to another domain you own - one of your "money" sites?

I don't see anything in the forum rules against it, but I just never really see signatures with links to dieting sites, train your pet sites, etc.

Do you not link to your Adsense/content/money sites in your signature because you think the sites will not catch the interest of the members here, because you don't want people to copy your money sites, or because it is against the rules in some way.

...just wondering.

Of course you can. You haven't seen enough signatures, apparently, because there are many that link to their non-MMO related sites.

The only caveat is that it cannot be a pre-made affiliate page, like some programs and MLMs give you.

It appears you can place any link you want except affiliate links.

You can also take a look at the forum rules to find out details.

Plus, the main point of using a signature link is to attract traffic. Most people don't put dieting sites because this is a business forum and most people are looking to sell a diet, not buy one.

    Well,

The idea is- if its your SITE, there shouldnt be any problem.. That being said, i have seen many times people promoting their other non-IM site... but of course, IM stuffs are more popular as people are targetting the IM crowd here.

many members are trying to make a little extra $, by selling the old PDFs to each other, that's the truth. there is no point to show any profitable project here, because somebody can steal the idea.

Watch out though if it's a niche/idea you'd rather keep to yourself. You're essentially giving it away to a forum with thousands of people looking for profitable ventures.

You can link to any domain you own. You can't place an affiliate link in your signature. People place their WSOs and offers in their signature because it makes them money. Let's say your "money site" is related to building bird houses. You can put a link to it in your signature, but don't expect to sell much or any of your product as a result.

Would having backlinks to your money site in your signature help increase the number of backlinks to your site for SEO purposes?

    Your good to go man.

You can link to whatever you want a long as its not a direct affiliate link.

Sometimes people use WF as a place to get really high quality backlinks. Putting your site in your sig file can really help get you a boost in ranking sometimes. But again, like you pointed out, be careful because people might jock ya swagger

No; and I think that's a banning offense: the site has to be owned by the person in whose signature it appears.

As Alexa said, that would get you (and the sig owner) banned.

I think you have the rights to put any domian name you own in the signature link.and a lot of people are placing the signature link to promote their business websites and online store. It is a kind of way to drive good traffic for your own site. But sometimes. people will only place the links which more warriors are interested to visit here.

As long as you own the domain, you can put in just about any site (not so sure about adult sites). It will help your SEO at the very least. And true, it may not be targeted for most of the people at WF, but it can't hurt. However, you just may land a few sales or some traffic, even if it isn't targeted directly to the WF members.

The SEO benefit is enough really.

I think, People have not Noticed that Back-linking isn't just done anyhow... Signatures on Forums help also in that aspect...

Many poeple here are IM almost 90%, Few have really ever known that They can Still Drive traffic to their Affiliate site (Squeeze pages) promoting offer on site such:
As for dieting sites, train your pet sites...

    It Shouldn't be CPA offers...

I was amazed to see Where my traffic Use to come from... and buyers for that matter of fact...

I don't really see Why people are not taking Full Advantage of this Forum....

Vicky Durel: Just my fair opinion... There is no need to hide your Money Making Sites (sources of Traffic because there is no saturation... With a good Work You will even gain More in sharing Your Money Making Sites..) I really found success revealing what i do online... and i learn it from my mentor.
