Article Writing Tips for Press Release

How to write an article that is true for press releases?
how the article should be?
The number of characters for the max number of content?
My Answer:
1) Grammar is good and true and contains unique
2) The title should not be too short (minimum of 4 words and the number of characters max 80 characters), with a capital letter at the beginning of the word in each space,
example: "Preparation For Justin Bieber Concert in Canada"
3) use paragraphs properly
4) do not use the phrases / words spam or advertising, such as "FREE", "Making Money", "Do not miss this opportunity!", "SALE!"
5) not use the words porn, gambling and place, drugs, etc..
6) the contents of the article should not be too short and not too long, ideally 300-500 words, although max 800 words
7) Do not use excessive keywords in the article (max 2)
