Facebook Groups

I have seen some information on joining facbook groups as a way to market and drive traffic to your site.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this without getting in trouble with facebook?

From my understanding facebook will not allow you to post a link to your site.

Any help is appreciated..

    The groups don't need to be closed to offer benefits. You can leave the groups entirely open and invite people to specific groups based upon specific interests, allowing them a more focused experience than would occur if only a single group existed.

    You are allowed to post a link to your site as long as it is a legimate website. If you look at all the business fanpages and groups, they all have links to their websites.
