In my opinion, there's no way to no for sure, because I've heard that one of the ways the price is set is by taking the amount the site is earning on a monthly basis and multiplying that amount by as much as 10 times. I don't flip sites, though. This is just what I've heard/read.

    Good luck,
    Joey

thanks for your opinion and it actually makes sense but i know that there is people flipping sites for like 300$ with no traffic. just because they wrote a few articles.
so i was just wondering if a website a little more professional like this one can be sold for more.

I think you can estimate the general value for your site by the tool, like cubestat.com.just enter your site, you will know how much your site is generally woth.daily pageviews, and daily ad Revenue.Even tough it is exact how much it is:But i think it is near the value you can flip.

With no traffic mean no money earn, in Flippa you can only sell this type of website between $30 to $300.

These times are largely over. If you do some research on Flippa then you'll notice that turnkey sites very rarely get sold for more than a measly $100, with most of them getting no bids at all. Now deduct Flippa's fees ($20 for listing, $40 for featuring, $5 success fee), the domain cost, your time and you'll quickly notice that it makes much more sense to build actual sites with value and either keep them or sell them.

Don't use any of the automated tools aroud - it's complete rubbish as something like this simply cannot work (as any sensible person would understand). Sure, an automated tool can get revenue figures from you and then multiply them with some sort of a "market average" (a false market average, of course, becasue the tool has no way of knowing what the market average is for this particular type of site) and give you a figure, but this is hardly beneficial.
