Where do you buy your PLR articles (recommend a good plr membership site)?

You never tried membership web-sites?

If yes, what did you think of them?

PLRpro / Article Underground? (although PLR is only a part of their service)

I wouldn't be able to use even a fraction of what I'd get from a membership site. I prefer to use a site like PLR- Private Label Rights Article Packs By Tiffany Dow and buy a topic when I need it.

It depends on what you're looking for. If you have several niches then a membership site may be the way to go.

I prefer PLR bundles where I can get just the PLR topics I want. Some membership sites work that way too - mom PLR, dog PLR, weight loss PLR, etc.

  Here's a huge list of sites from the old forum. Some sell memberships, others sell individual packs, and some are no longer live.
  
  Search around and I'm sure you'll find something you can use.

Sometimes you don't want to buy from a membership because you might not want all they offer.

Also, you don't want to buy the same PLR that thousands and thousands are selling for cents because they came with unrestricted rights.

Great job finding that list, Ned, but it is from 2006 and I know of several PLR writers (me included) that aren't on it.

Ildarius, you can also check the WSOs for PLR as there is quite a bit sold over there, and see which ones have good comments.

  Whilst I am not disagreeing with the fact that PLR needs to be edited before you use it, I am going to disagree with you about the "duplicate content penalty" that you speak of.

They are only useless if you are trying to get high search engine ranking using them but for membership sites, product creating, research and ideas they are invaluable.

Why does everybody just think google. There is much more to IM than google but I do love them just the same.

  Nice resource! But I'm not sure if they are talking about Duplicate content in the same sense, in the blog post they DO discourage Scraping from other sites, but say that duplicate content on your own site is not bad (possibly caused by bad CMS management)...

Check out the link in my signature pointing to an article highlighting a recommended PLR service.

Yes, the ones I use, I re-write. Sometimes I just use them to get ideas, or to add a few more points to articles I am writing.

I also write one article per month for the PLR site and that pays for my monthly membership fee.

The service offers much more than just the PLR content.
