i have saw many tutorials on cpa and youtube. one of them said go to google get few images and put them together in short video in moveimaker. is that legal to just take some pictures on google and make a video of it?

      You know, if I was a betting person, I could bet one million dollars you would post a reply starting with "but"...

      And usually, that's the end of my willingness to help anybody that receives a fact-based, reasonable advice and then they try to go around it to find a loophole. There is no BUT!

      Just because an idiot is doing it - it doesn't make it legal or ethical. End of story.

      It is your personal choice on which side of the marketing you want to stay.

        I once had a trial where the plaintiff testified that she believed everything she read or saw in the media. "They couldn't say it if it wasn't true" was her statement.

        She lost.


        Whenever there is a forum thread "Is this legal ...." the forum software should automatically post the response "No" and close the thread. Rule of thumb: if you have to ask - don't do it.
