TOTALLY Confused about Resell Rights, help please!!

I am so confused. Maybe it is just the wording I'm confused about.

I'm getting my first WSO together and am almost done writing my articles.

I want to sell a package so I purchased a PLR pack that includes graphics/banners/PLR articles for the holidays. The sales page says it comes with reseller rights. However when I open the individual products it says non transferable reseller rights.

To clarify- The sales page says this: "master resell and private label rights christmas content".
[NO] Can be given away for free.
[NO] Can sold on auction & bidding sites..
[NO] Can be used as a JV giveaway gift.
[YES] Can be added into paid membership site.
[YES] Can be added as a bonus to another product you are selling.
[YES] Can be bundled into a paid package.
[YES] Can add your name as the Author.
[YES] Can be rebranded with your Links.
[YES] Can be used to create Reports/eBooks.
[YES] Can be used as Web Site/Blog Content.
[YES] Can be added to an Autoresponder eCourse.

But when I open an individual product some of them say: These graphics are for your personal use only,
they have *no resell rights of any kind*."

So, am I not allowed to resell those items/add bonus in my package? I'm confused because that is why I bought the PLR pack...to resell with mine.

Totally confused how this works...thanks for any help.

    Its hard to say without seeing the product, but I wonder if the 'for personal use' messages in the products are actually aimed at whomever you sell it to?

    You are governed by the main licence, the people you sell these components to can use them for their personal use, yes?

    You can't use that or sell that as WSO anyway. A WSO must be an original product that you created or had someone create exclusively for you. It cannot be a PLR or MRR product that you purchased. You can sell that in Classifieds on WF, but not as a WSO.

      She can offer that as a bonus to her own original offer, though.

      Without seeing the package myself, I'd be guessing if I tried to answer your questions. You might want to contact the person you bought it from for clarification.

        Yes ... that she can.

        I can only take a stab at one scenario. It's possible that the person you bought it from did not have resell rights and accidentally left the original rights document that they purchased in the product.

    The bottom of the page says:
    Most Master Resell Rights & Private Label Rights conditions included are as follows:
    Most is the keyword

    Then it says:
    * You are required to check the licenses attached in the download files accordingly for its terms and conditions.

      Thanks! I am still looking through the graphics, but it seems like most of the holiday templates are not resellable/able to give away (but I am not done going through them), which kind of sucks considering that is what I wanted.
