Default Mass Email Software thoughts

I am currently using GroupMail Business Edition for sending out newsletters, but with some of my larger newsletters there are as many as 200,000 contacts. GroupMail seems reliable, but is very slow, and doesn't have that many extra options (like automatically export the bouncebacks, etc.) Also, the external database connectivity doesn't work. I have lists stored in tables within a MySQL database and GroupMail can connect to the database and tables fine, but won't import or send to any of the contacts within the database (it says it doesn't support the ODBC properties???).

I've obviously read about and seen tons of other email programs (Atomic mail, G-lock easy mail, etc.) but I don't want to have to purchase a bunch of software just to find the one that works best.

Here are the main attributes I'm looking for in the software: reliability, speed and external MySQL database connectivity.

I'd appreciate some feedback/thoughts with any of your past experiences with software, and any recommendations of course.

Thanks!
