Good software recommendation for checking backlinks?

I have been using SEO Spyglass, and to be fair to them, it's really a nice piece of software.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to continue using it because of some Java limitations on my server.

With that being said...

What other software is recommended for getting a list of backlinks to analyze?

I know I can use online services like Yahoo SE or backlinkwatch, but you can't export from those.

If I just wanted a list of all the urls that link to me so that I can see when links get indexed, what software could help me?

    I use Scrapebox. I've tried various programs (both free and paid), and this is much the best.

    You could use Traffic Travis. The free version of this software fetches backlinks from Majestic SEO. And you'll find its other features of this SEO tool helpful as well.

      Ha - I own Scrapebox and use private proxies. You mean there's more than just spam commenting? Totally forgot it could do that!

      Also, I'll use Traffic Travis, too. Forgot about that one too!

    majesticseo.com or ahref.com. No tool will be 100% accurate so don't rely on the data too much.
