nanacast tutorials????? please

I'm trying to setup nanacast for a product on my optimizepress salespage and the videos on nanacast have me lost...not to mention they are out of date and don't match the updated interface


does anyone sell or have links to tutorial pdf's and/or videos that are easier/quicker to understand?
