I need help with facebook app

Hi, I am making a viral app for facebook. I have a guide how to do it but it is old and now interface of facebook changed and I do not know what to do.

Well, I made a HTML page on free hosting . People should download free report but before they need to share it on facebook.

I stuck with a problem of configuration of app on facebook. I do not know what to write in

canvas url and secure canvas url

also I do not understand should I use cloud service.

I would be very appretiate of your answers. I am working on this progect already for 1 month.

    Why don't you contact the creator of your old guide? Ask him if he has update of his guide or not due to facebook interface has changed.

        Come October first, all apps and fan pages that run off Facebook need to use SSL.

        Your free hosting may not cut it in the next 2 weeks.

        Canvas URL and Secure URL are your site location - but the address you need to put in there is going to need to be an https address.
