You can do what we have done. Just find something that works, then upscale and outsource. Simple really, well sounds simple, but first you gotta take action and find something that works. For some this will be easy, for other, its very hard.

Jay I like your enthusiasm and self belief. You are thinking big which is a good first step.

However, I don't see the numbers adding up. If you ask super experienced business people how to take $200 and 15 hours and turn it into $4000 per month, I think they would be lost for ideas.

Profitable businesses are happy spending $100 to make $150 and then tweaking processes, building systems, etc...

IF you have $200 start up and 60 hours a week, I could see you building something like a $100 per month program and selling it to 40 people (as a random example). What/how you would sell all depends on your skills and what kind of value you can deliver to your audience

For less than $100 you can buy a brood of Szechuan "Flaming" Spiders. They make a crazy cool pet. You shouldn't have any problem selling each of the 10,000 babies for a dime. That would add up to $1000. Not sure if you could do it in 15 hours though, that would be up to you. With the other $100 you could probably outsource the whole thing to someone overseas and make pure profit on autopilot, rinse and repeat.

Money earn is not so easy.You can try.But I am confused about this share.

Put in a little time and effort in 'offline' and you can seriously be making that much or more in no time at all. Check out the Offline section here on WF - it's got all the info, tips, and tricks you'd ever need and it's all free.

you can buy all the products that promise you that but doesnt mean its gonna happen. fact is, you can make $1000+ weekly or maybe even more but you're gonna have to work a lot more than that.

It can be done, but you'd have to give yourself at least 6 months to achieve that income.

Or you can launch a $1000 coaching program and get 52 customers.

Here is my honest advice for your budget.

Get Tweetattacks
Get 500 twiter accounts
Get a website and autorepsonder
Find an evergreen market with several CPA offers

Use the 499 accounts and Tweetattacs to build a large number of followers
Use the last tweeter account to twite and the rest 499 to retwite
Get people on your capture page after singup direct them straight to the CPA offer

Use the list but don't overuse it.

Rinse and repeat.

Don't buy into the hype: when marketers say that you can start your own online business for "next to nothing," they're not quite telling all whole truth.

What they don't say is that you have to be prepared to spend 50 hours (min) to get the ball rolling.

Whatever you can't pay for in cash, you have to pay for in time - it sounds like you don't have much of either.

It first you shouldn't be too concerned about needing to pay much to start things up. However you should dedicate a good amount of time to understand the process of how to make money online so you know exactly what needs to happen when deligate it.

Typically what is needed is a website and a hosting account. Host gator is a hosting provider and they are only about $9 per month. A new website could cost anywhere from $1 to $12 depending on what kind of domain you buy.

Once you have found a method that appeals to you then do what is always advised, work hard at it and "scale it up" then "rinse and repeat".

During your "rinse and repeat" process you can deligate this over to some outsourcers or get some softwart to that for you. And then is when you should expect to be paying a little more for the service and it wouldn't be too big of deal once you've already started making some money.

you can do this with ppc, driving traffic to a squeeze page (but $200 in start-up funds would be tough). Once you get a few profitable campaigns going, it can often go on autopilot for a LONG time. I've gone months on end probably spending 15 hours PER MONTH on it all.

If ppc scares you off perhaps you can build a great sales funnel and salesletter, and spend the 15/hrs per week finding affiliates and jv's.

I also think you could build product review type sites, and get them ranking well only spending an hour or so a day on seo activities. I've personaly done this. Not all sites will do well, but in my experience 1 out of 10 seem to do really well, with another 2 doing decent. In my case, each time I decided to sit down and crank a handfull of these out during a weekend, I would eventually see my income tick up $100-$200 per week (it could be a few weeks, or up to a few months for it to happen) - and that was with very little off-site seo.

iWould you walk into an employment agency and ask? What are your skills? What are your abilities? What are your interests? What have you tried? (I see you've been a member for 3 years) What experience do you have?

It's soooo simple! Just work 60 hours a week until you are making 2000 a week, then hire people to do all of the work for you and keep the profits. Here's how you spend your 3 working hours each work day: 1 hour assigning tasks, 1 hour find new projects, and 1 hour checking everyone's work. That's it! It's just those pesky 40-60 workweeks that all of the sales pages gloss over....

That depends on your experience and hard work.

If you continually reinvest your profits it will take a long time with that budget (years).

On the one hand, you should focus on making $100 in the time you have available. On the other hand, it's definitely possible to make $1K/week in 15 hours. I know because that's about the amount of time I devoted to my first venture online and I got to $1K a week within 6 months.

Was I dilligent with my time? Yes
Did I get lucky with the niche I chose? Yes! I think I would've been successful, but I don't think I could've ramped up that fast.

There's no secret to making money online. Sell a product/service that's in demand and use the internet to leverage your time. The only question is how good are you at evaluating your opportunities and executing. That'll determine how fast you can make it happen.

You can start a online business by creating a web site that means what ever product you sale you put in your web site.and also start a article writing business.

Develop your own website to offer the services that you can perform or start selling some products over there as a start up. Once the website is developed, do start promoting that on the web. By the time, you will be a stake holder in the billion dollar industry.

Okay, This omits the fact that there are costs involved in running a
business so the numbers below would have to be tweaked once you
know what the costs are.

Realistically, to make $1k for 15hours of work you would have to make at
least $66.67 an hour for each hour you worked.

So, for ever hour of the 15hours you work your goal would be to do things
that take you towards that goal.

There are 24hours in a day and 168hours in a seven day week so you
would need to earn at least $5.96 ever hour of that 168hour week.

$1000/168hours=5.96 an hour(rounded upward)

Your daily goal would be $143.04 each day.


So, all you have to do is to figure out a way to earn $143.04 a day every
day while only investing 15hours of work and your $200.

There ya go!
Now get started brainstorming some practical ideas and you'll be
on your way to success.

Challenging yourself is the best thing that you can do to perform any activity. But it requires little bit of dedication. Nothing is easy in this world. You need to be determined in your decision, plan and execution. Then it is easy to achieve your goals.

You need to start by figuring out what you like to do or what your capabilities are. For example if you are decent at SEO or know how to get it done you could easily start "pounding the pavement" and selling SEO to brick and mortar businesses. Whatever you do is likely to take more than 15 hours though...unless you are particularly skilled at it.

The fact is there are many ways you can make $1K/week online...

1. Setup 10 Amazon affiliate sites that make $100/wk
2. Setup a site that sells a service - graphic creation, writing, installing WP blogs, etc...
3. Setup an infoproduct site marketing affiliate products
4. Create and sell your own infoproducts

How do you decide which one to go with?

- What matches your strengths? If you have a marketable service or skill now, then go with #2. If you have knowledge, experience or research you can package then go with #4. If you are just trying to learn marketing then go with #3. If you like the idea of creating a pile of websites then go with #1.
- What has the change for long-term (as well as short-term) money? Setting up affiliate sites is risky in that you are at the mercy of both the traffic source (Google) and your supplier (who may change their affiliate terms, back-end links, or simply pack it in altogether)
- I would strongly suggest you create your own products as you control ownership, positioning, profits and the credibility that comes from having your own book, ebook our course rubs off on you instead of someone else.

why is everyone being so negative. $200 is more than enough and 100per month is nothing you can make that without spending a single penny!!!

You can do affiliate marketing but 4k your 1st month has been done by very few. very few. Not impossible though.

GO FOR IT!!! But half that is more easier to achieve them double every month. Rinse and repeat

Maybe you could make a ebook, report, software or WSO priced $ 14, and one day you should make sure the product is selling 10 pieces. then you've got one week plus or minus $ 1,000.

I can think of 100 things you can do 15 hours a week and make 5 times that amount each week. But...

I can also see most people putting in more hours and making less.

Bottom line: Pick one thing... get good at it and keep at it. Spend 15 solid working hours on it and keep at it. You'll make the money you want.

Be lazy and with no follow through... and you'll come back in a month asking a similar question and wondering why you failed this time.

Hi i just read your post and i would say that you have a great belief and enthusiasm which is vital for IM. I would suggest start out by being an affiliate marketer to make some money such as promoting other peoples products from sites such as clickbank.com which is a great resource then once you generate some leads and money reinvest it in your own business or create a website and update it regualarly with good content. Or get help from a mentor and learn as much as possible.

Don't worry if any one say's it's a bad idea. I told u that's try to get 1000$ a week must have more opportunity on the web to earn. But you need to qualify for perfect position.

I absolutely believe that it is possible to make that kind of cash online in 15 hours a week but not at first. How soon it happens, I guess, it is up to you. I am just now getting started and I am spending a good portion of my day working on my sites and reading and studying. I hope it pays off with a few sales with the next two weeks but my goal is to get my skillset down. Once I am comfortable with the tools I have available and I know how to implement them then I am going to set some hard $ goals for myself.

First, realize that there is no "quick, get-rich fast way" - even in IM. Don't fall for all the hype (like so many of us eagerly did when we first started). Having the right mindset is the first step. Be focused - do your due diligence and work on finding something that works. When you do, scale it up, outsource, re-invest your profits. Don't dip into your funds to fuel your personal lifestyle - keep it a business and separate. STAY FOCUSED! This is the biggest detriment I see in Internet Marketers. We keep falling for the next big thing, over and over. Diversify - try different methods so that you are not relying on just one source. Here's what I did:

1. I am a web designer so I began doing freelance web design 6 years ago
2. I then quickly realized that I was spending too much time on design in terms of what I was making
3. Decided do get into SEO and SEM for local businesses
4. It was slow go at first because I was new but over time, began getting $600 per month clients - recurring income
5. Outsource the SEO and SEM. This is tricky. You need to try several companies and/or individuals. Remember that just because you are outsourcing, does not mean you can goof off! You need to still manage the projects and make sure they are done. And you need to communicate with the client. However, outsourcing alone is the biggest and best thing I have done. It allows me to scale up big time.
6. Niche Marketing. Find a niche and build a website around it. Install your Aweber code, etc and followup with soft and hard sells. This is a whole different area that would take too much time to talk about here.
7. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! Even when your family and friends think you are crazy. We have all been there. They look at you like "What??? how do you make money on the internet? You are on the computer all the time? etc etc" Stay true to yourself and believe in yourself. Listen to motivational tapes. Practice meditation, etc.
8. Remember that this is not to get rich but to have FREEDOM. The freedom to go to the gym when you want, to go on vacations when you want. It's not about big houses or ferrari's or yachts.

THere are many ways you can make that amount of money. And it really depends on what type of person you are.

Some people find SEO comfortable, others like paid traffic. SOme people like to write, others do graphics. Some People Do CPA others launch info products. Some people use facebook, others use twitter....


Find one thing that works for you, and stick with it

Jay, your goal of $1000/week is not impossible. I make more than that a week but it's taken me about 2 years to get here mainly because I knew nothing (absolutely nothing) about IM when I started. But, I was absolutely convinced that I'll make money online specifically through affiliate programs.

So, you are way ahead of me in that respect. I'm not sure what your background. But if you could perform webmaster services, I'd suggest you focus on providing such services to local businesses in your area, especially to create mobile site for them. At $100 per client, you can easily handle 10 clients a week. There you go, you've hit your goal.
