I really need some input from you guys

Hey guys,

Im thinking about creating this new product on how to get other people to do all the boring repetitive tasks that you don't want to do for you (ie. outsourcing), and I want to make it the best thing ever so that more people get benefit from this then anything before. But in order to do that I really need some input from you guys.

What would you consider that would needed be put in there to make it the best course ever?

    I'm sure you are already familiar with John Jonas of Replace Myself (replacemyself.com), it will probably be worthwhile to review his material, he's very big on the benefits of the employees with the Philippine mind set.

    Useful facts would include:
    How to find them.
    How to pay them.
    Which countries are best for what tasks.
    How to interview/test a candidate.
    How to train them (replacemyself has a library of ready made tutorials made for VAs)
    How much of your password, account information should you provide oursourcers.
