How to transfer a Wordpress blog to a new host?

Hi, I have a blog which is very big. More than 6 MB database.
How do i transfer the blog using phpadmin?

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I understand that we can google for it.
But I cannot find information on how to transfer bog blogs.
Phpadmin will not work for large database.

The link I posted, has the results you need and PHP Admin isnt needed because CPanel has a database export feature but it will export large databases.

Hi, may I know which link because there are 718,000 results.
I have no problem with exporting large database, but the problem always lay in importing large database.

There isnt a problem w/ importing large databases either. UNLESS your host has set limits.
