starting a backlink service?

I want to start a service offering backlinks and google +1's for websites. How would I set it up to pay through paypal? I've used paypal to purchase things but not to accept payment so I could use a little help.

    Set up a paypal business account.

    Then, click on the merchant services tab.

    Then, go to the create buttons section.

    Don't forget to setup your success page URL/thank you page.

      Does the merchant account cost money to set up? I want to set up the gigs on fiverr and maybe here and freelancer so do i even need to have the paypal account to get peoples payments or are there other methods or is paypal just the best and easiest way?

        never mind I did some research and just went to paypal it looks like I can sign up for a free service that does this and theres also a payed version.
