Order form Submit but no sale on clickbank??

I probably not getting this well. But it happened with me 3 to 4 times. Statistics show that there's order form submit but no sale from that?? Why is that? on Clickbank.

    This is incorrect.

Possibly you're thinking of order-form impressions? They're different from order-form submissions.

Or, it may be "correct" (i.e. "it can happen"), but it isn't the answer to the question asked here, anyway, because if they don't provide any information, it doesn't count as an order-form "submission" - more an order-form rejection.

Those represent occasions on which the order form has been both completed and submitted by the intending customer without ClickBank being able to process the sale. The possible reasons include ...

    (i) Stolen credit-cards
    (ii) Incorrectly entered credit-card details
    (iii) Declined credit-cards
    (iv) Serial refunders previously banned
    (v) Technical/software difficulties
(vi) Other things I can't remember now.

What is weird is that this appears to happen with specific products, at least in my case.

I opened a new CB account (as Alexa recommended a while back) and the same thing happens with this product I'm selling. Sales have also decreased, although this could be down to other reasons, I have a feeling it's related.

You can always try opening a new account, buying the product yourself (to see if it goes through) or...not much else really.

Otherwise, there are some cases where people try to submit the form with the wrong details, but this should only be occasional.
