I think I been hacked by my own developer

So I been on fiverr buying this and that over the last week and my numbers are growing slowly. I havent made any money yet as this is my first site, but after a previous thread I had a member help explain to me how to double check my site to make sure my clickbank, amazon, and adsense was in my name etc. Well before when I pass my cursor over certain ads it would read my username. Now it reads nothing and when I check the properties it shows another URL. I also was getting this when you would go to my follow me link instead of going to my twitter or facebook. It would send you to another site, the same site coming up now on my ads.

I decded to email the guy that developed the site and whom I bought the site from. He helped me get everything set up for me. He said his apologies when he was setting up my aweber somehow this site was transported with it. He took the other site off, but now as I see its taking my clicks from my page. Atleast thats how I am seeing it.

Whats my course of action on something like this?

If you doubt that guy, find someone else who knows how to get it running and to see what is wrong.

And when you DO get a trustworthy designer to fix it for you give him/her a temporary account to the site. Then disable the account when they are done.
