Any Ideas for a new Business with limited capital?

Nowhere near enough info. How much capital, how much time can you spend, what country are you in, ad infinitum

How much capital are we talking about? It would be easier if you give us an idea.

If you wanna start really low, then start a blog or sell affiliate products...

Capital can't help you if you are asking questions like that.

Around $1000-$2000 USD. I'm Living in Asia at the moment. I can work full-time. I just don't want to go to office and work non-stop like a zombie.. So I'm asking for ideas. I can do IM, have some writing skills, photography and design. Any ideas?

Writiing Skills =
1) Write product reviews for Offline companies (get intouch with the Marketing Dept of your selected companies.)
2) Write email marketing/newsletter campaigns for Offline companies (again approach the above mentioned pple.)
3) Write your own BUZZ report or guide to give out to potential clients/customers. (this is a bit like lead generation. your guide is an interesting 'how to...Tips, Secrets' on whatever skill/servcie you intend to sell/market to customers. This guide should be both a digital book as well as a physical published book. Once you've got this phase set up, companies will look at you differently. You will then be seen as an expert at what you do.)

Photography: Approach companies to do Photography for their annual dinner & dance, AGM, product launches, press conference. Freelance Wedding photography. Freelance photography for schools. Pick a theme and take really good phots of them and sell them on Photo Stock sites.

Design: You need to let us know what kind of design you do? If its graphics, you can do a whole list of various designs -
a) Company Logos
b) Banner designs
c) Wordpress designs
d) AE video intros
e) Book covers (ebooks & physical books. also anything that needs packaging designs)
f) Character designs. (this is made up for so many niches = mascots, logos, comic books, iPhone games ...etc.)

You can approach Offline companies for business or you can register yourself at oDesk to provide freelance work for the many thousand companies all over the world looking to hire a professional freelancer.

Invest some time in research and money for printing flyers. Market CPA offers offline distributing the flyers to your target market. You can easily create these flyers in words or outsource that task. For example, take offers for Wal-mart gift cards a Wal-mart parking lot. Distribute the flyers to those interested or just put them on car windshields. You can spend $40 on printing and make hundreds in earnings. I could go on but you can PM me for details if you are interested in this method.

I guess my favorite model is website flipping. Build some websites, drive some traffic, get some revenue from them and flip them on Flippa. If you build really great websites, you can even flip starter sites on Flippa.

So, you've got writing and IM skills. And you've got $2000 to invest. Okay, why do you need to ask what your options are? IM is no different than any other capitalist venture. It comes down to buying low and selling higher.

But with IM, you can get extremely valuable inventory to sell for pennies on the dollar. If you aren't aware of such opportunities don't freak out. Just cruise through the main forum (this one) and look at past posts. Virtually everything you'd ever need to be successful is here, and that's a fact, Jack! Good luck...

It takes money to make money, and most of the Free opportunities out there simply do not work.
I suggest start a Blog and brand yourself first. This alone costs next to nothing. Build a customer base, then look for a business that is in a niche market.
Plenty of good businesses out there for under $100 per month, which you will make back in your first month if you follow this system.

With the holidays around the corner, why not build some small niche blogs focused around products that will be coming out? Since the holidays arent here yet, there's less competition, which means less work for you. Once you set everything up, the income will be residual without you having to do a bunch of work. The thing I like most about these sites is that people shopping online during the holidays are desprate and looking to buy, You don't have to sell them on it. Heck, even though I'm a marketer and know how all this stuff works, I do all my holiday shopping online. I aint about to stand it line for a hour or more for something that may not be there when my time comes. I've even gotten my mom into it. ha, ha, ha. :-)
