Asking questions in sales threads.

Is asking questions in sales threads not allowed in this forum?

Mine keep getting deleted from one particular thread, and the seller doesn't seem to like it, accusing me of spamming when i only want some questions answering by previous buyers of the service.

While I don't know the whole picture and the reason why the vendor is reporting your post, you should:

1-Ask the SELLER to contact you to answer your questions.
2-Get your post count up to 50 so you can PM warrior who left a review of the product.
3-If you can't find an answer...just move on.

Legitimate pre-sale questions should be allowed.

Any opinion/comment/argument about the product if you are NOT a buyer - is not allowed.

If you are a buyer you are allowed to post an honest review (good or bad) about the product, not the seller/producer!

Thanks, i think it was a case of the seller not wanting anything cluttering the testimonials which he kept posting. I wasn't posting my opinion, merely asking previous buyers questions, which i couldn't do via pm so thought this was the best way to do it.

Not made the best start on these forums.

I did originally contact the seller, but wanted to hear more from buyers because his service was more expensive than other similar services knocking about. I wanted to make sure price matched quality. Not being able to send pms is a stumbling block.

It seems sellers can post the same stuff and testimonials over and over again, but potential buyers can't make queries, which i find a bit strange!

Thanks for your help anyway, and i'll bear this in mind in the future.

If the seller don't allow other warrior to answer your LEGITIMATE question... you should stay away from that product.

That's what I would do in your situation

    hope this help!

If they are legitimate pre-sell questions, they shouldn't be deleted. If you have an ongoing problem with this, I would contact the help desk, but actually, I would just forget that WSO and move one where they aren't afraid of pre-sell questions.
