As for the fast three weeks Aweber has had the majority of their servers blacklisted...

Many may have experience dropped open rates as I know some of my friends experienced as high as 18% drop in open rates...

After a live chat with Aweber the other day they revealed all of their servers - a quick blacklist check revealed that all but one were currently blacklisted...

Aweber admitted they were aware of this and were working to fix it...

GetResponse - I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy as I only have one or two marketers who list I am on that actually hit my Inbox (instead of spam) when using GR...

I currently test several A/r's including...

    Aweber
    iContact
    Constant Contact
    Imnica
    Optinme
    Directresponders

Right now my favorite is iContact - but iContact has recently changed their policies and they don't support the IM industry - but are great for other niches...

Constant contact seems to be the IM version of iContact but my testing has just begun but so far so good!

I also like Imnica for their affordability and customization options - but even though they are my primary autoresponder they are still young and have growing pains...

So - I think Constant Contact would be your best bet...

I actually just started using them on a joint list - so I can't comment just yet...

But I can say they are familiar to DirectResponders in that they have one flat fee... BUT the biggest drawback is they are DOUBLE OPT-IN only! So this is a big turnoff to a lot of folks...

Even though I think double opt-in is great - I hate not having the decision to use single opt-in if I wish...

TrafficWave.net enjoys some of the highest deliverability in the industry. This can be verified by doing some research with the companies that track deliverability.

I would agree that TrafficWave is a good option especially for deliverability. I have never seen an email from traffivwave not get delivered or end up in a spam box.

      Thanks!

The good news is that you can use 3rd party sites like SenderScore[dot]org to verify deliverability of all the various autoresponder services.

i just checked the aweber servers, not a single one of them is blacklisted. That does not mean they (and many others) are not having some issues with isp filters, but their servers are not blacklisted.

That is according to cisco who runs enterprise level routing equipment that handles virtually all of the internet traffic. When an ip gets blacklisted it is blocked by equipment run mostly by cisco. This type of blocking happens long before emails get into the spam folders. Most of the time when a server is truly blacklisted, 0% of their emails even get to the isp at all, much less a spam folder or inbox.

I test this stuff as much as anyone on here, and my recommendations are...

    #1 constantcontact
    #2 aweber

Over the last 10 years, aweber has had a better average deliverability rate than anyone in the business. All AR services have issue from time to time, its just part of the business.
