Black Hat Technique or Not??

Black Hat Question:
I have several blogs or no real consequence. On those, I run a plugin called StatPress. When I look at the results on StatPress, I always see multiple referral sites with their URLs, but for the same day, I do not see any Google Adsense Page Impressions. Seems like they are getting their URL into my site logs for some reason.

I am wondering if this is a Black Hat technique of getting some sort of back link from my sites to these "spammers". Some of the referral sites are from China based on WhoIs.

If these referrals are bogus (99% sure), is there anyway for me to stop them. Also, is there anyway to report them?

Not that I know of. Just get so much traffic that they're just a slightly annoying irrelevance and be sure not to visit their sites.

Yeah, like exrat said, it's referrer spam and it is considered a black hat technique. Don't know that there's anything you can do about it.

They are just pinging your blog. Pretty much harmless and seo-less.
