Hello, i was just checking arround and saw that i made wrong account (instead of google analytic i made google webmaster account). I dont even know what is difference between those 2. :S if someone could explain a bit to me.

    Google analytics does website tracking, i.e. shows you your traffic and other stats.

    Google Webmaster is a bunch of tools for website owners, including XML sitemap submissions.

    Both are free so if you create the wrong account it's simple to just go and create the other one - Google won't mind

    Ok sory for double post, but where do i have to put that generated code from google analytics if i use wordpress (it says in header dags), but could someone tell me like i have tons of folders for wordpress.

      A lot of themes have a box for Analytics.

      If you are brand new I would recommend the 'Thesis' theme.
      It makes things like adding script and changing the design
      of your website very easy.

      If you are making your own webpages through an html editor I usually get the snippet code from Google, copy and paste it into the bottom of my content, immediately before the </body> tag of each page you are planning to track.

      With my wordpress blog, majority of us out there have a thesis them now, I usually direct paste meaning, copy the code that you received from google, and paste it in your theme's footer.php right above the </body> tag.

      If you wait 24 hours and still don't see any data contact Google an they can assist you...
