Any Fiverr visit Gigs that actually convert?

I was just going through my list of how to further my mini business and one of them was Fiverr visits (purchasing), I was wondering if anybody knows any that will actually be targeted and have the possibility of converting?
So, for example if I spend $5 on a Fiverr visits Gig and then get.. say 1000 targeted visits and then 4 of them convert (at the lowest price offer) then I will make $13 profit, which is still pretty good.
So, that is what I want to ask... are there any people who offer this?
Because if they do, then I will order daily
