Bolt Web Hosting - Disappeared?

Anyone else here use Bolt Web Hosting? I noticed that none of the sites I keep on one of their servers have gotten any visits for about 5 hours. I thought it was a Statcounter issue at first, but then I tried loading one and realized my server's down. What makes this even scarier is the fact that boltwebhosting.com is down too.

It should go without saying that downtime like this is costing me sales and putting my ranks in jeopardy. I haven't gotten an email with a status update and I've seen no mention of this anywhere else. Is anyone else having trouble?

Their owner, Christian Little, ran a WSO here earlier this year and I paid up front for a year's worth of hosting. Now I have to figure out how to access my site files and transfer the domains to another server.

Christian was even active here on WarriorForum about 20 minutes ago. I'd love to know what's going on.

I just discovered I'm also having issues with my sites on Bolt. I sure hope Christian doesn't disappear.

Me too. Everything has been down for a few hours. Please, post if you hear anything. I just switched most of my sites to Bolt. Christian has provided super customer service up to this point, so I hope this is just a temporary issue.

I sent Christian a PM and haven't gotten a reply yet.

Even "I'm aware of this and working on it" would be very reassuring right now, especially since you can see on his profile page that he's signed into WF right now.

Update: Just got a reply here from Christian.

The primary hard drive on the server failed this afternoon, which took the server down. We’ve put in a new hard drive, installed the core operating system and components, and are currently working on restoring all accounts. Your sites will be back online very soon.

    Thanks for your patience.

    -Chris

Exactly what I was looking for. Hoping for a quick restoration process from here.

The server was back online about 12 hours ago. We had to restore everything from our remote backups, and everything appears to be back in action.

We've had a few clients report some minor problems, but it seems like 99% of client files were restored and are working properly.
