First Email To My Subscriber list... Will an Review Give Good Value?

Hi! I have an small subscriber list of 50 subscribers, but I will start to give them some value. The subscribers are in the "Online money-making" niche, so I thought an review of an ClickBank product will be a good start to give them some value. Or maby not?

What is your opinion?

The first e-mails that you send to your list are absolutely
    CRUCIAL.

And remember... you never get a second chance to create
    a good first impression.

Before sending them recommendations, you first need to
demonstrate your credibility and why people should even
listen to you on the topic of your list.

Then you need to show how you are uniquely different
from the other list owners that they're subscribed to and
why they should pay more attention - and money - to you.

    Dedicated to mutual success,

I wouldn't recommend it for your first email. If it's a favorable review it will definitely come across as you trying to sell them something with your very first email (which is a turn off for some subscribers). I don't mind occasional product recommendations, but I quickly unsubscribe from the lists of people who are more interested in my pocket book than anything else.

My recommendation would be an email that doesn't talk about any products, but just gives them some great tips on making money online. Don't make it too long - remember, they're busy. Keep it short but packed with valuable information. Your emails are the key to building a good relationship with them. And, as Shaun pointed out, it's a great way to build credibility, set yourself apart from others, and give them a reason to stay on your list and buy from you in the future.

Ok, so I should give them something as an short report of something as an email?

Defiantly in you first few emails you should introduce yourself and remind them why they opt in in the first place and thank them for subscribing. Give them like a 7 day ecourse for free trust me they will love you for being there for them .
