Banking Huge in the iPhone App Niche

What's going on guys? Just had a really good idea that I thought I'd share with everyone!

Seo is very tough in competitive niches, but what if you just focused your attention on ranking for people searching for apps. There's literally no competition for that.

Everyone has apps on their iPhone or Android smart phone, and specifically people usually always go to their respective app stores to search for the appl they're looking for.

But! There are also people who search Google for the right app!

Quick numbers with Example:

Best Fitness Apps get's searched 1,300 times per month (exactly) according to the Google Keyword Tool

When Putting Best fitness apps in quotes in Google there are only 182,000 competing pages, which is nothing. I've ranked top 2 in Google for something ranking 600,000 and although it took a little bit of work, I learned that you can just hire someone to spin some articles, and do your SEO work for cheap on Fiverr.

So when you rank #1 in Google you'll soak up 40% of the traffic.

So for 1,300 searches per month on Google, you'll get about 520
HIGHLY TARGETED visitors to your website.

Okay but How Do I Make Money?

Easy. All you have to do is sign up for iTunes Affiliate program, and then on your website you can feature downloads for all of the paid apps and whenever someone downloads it, you get a small commission. This will add up over time, but this isn't how you'll make your big money.

You can also promote a highly converting clickbank product that pays out huge commissions, and throw a banner up on your website and earn some affiliate commissions that way.

out of 520 visitors you'll probably convert 1-2% depending on your banner placement. So out of 520 visitors, if you converted say 2% of people on your banner that's 10 sales per month. And if you earn say a $50 commission per sale. That's $500 per month in your pocket that way.

Then on top of that you can throw in some adsense, the CPC for Best Fitness Apps is $3.00. So you can make some good money too that way. You can also create an eBook and sell that, as well as build a huge fitness niche list. Which you can then offer great information to and then occasionally sell them other people's products or just create your own!

The Gold mine is also with AdMob. I'm not sure how things work with Android but I know you could integrate AdMob (kind of like Google Adsense) on your fitness app that you'll create. However you can specifically choose that only your own product runs as an add on your own app. So you'll be paying a small fee to run your ad on your own app, but in the end you'll be building a huge list, and getting people to your product to sell them on fitness again, while still giving them great information and a great app.

And before people download any app you just have an opt in form on your website that gives them "instant access" to all of this free information. Which in turn generates you a lead.

Hope this gives you guys some inspiration! Cheers!
