help me regarding youtube account videos

hi guys please help, last week i uploaded about 48 videos on youtube. they were previously uploaded on another account but i spinned them and converted them into a lower sized format using AVS video converter. i used different titles on all of them but the description and tags were the same. suddenly out of nowhere youtube decided to suspend my account due to "violations".

was i wrong to not change my description and tags? i uploaded these videos using pixelpipe...

thank you in advance

    Anniekey,

You need to contact YouTube and find out what violation you've done. No one here can tell you, you have violated their rules, not the forums.

Incidentally, the "other" account, was it yours?? If it was someone else's perhaps YouTube don't like people stealing, spinning and pretending they made the video. If it was an account you owned, maybe they just saw through exactly what you just did, especially leaving the descriptions and tags exactly the same.

As far as I know, uploading the same video with the same title, description... is not a violation to the terms of YouTube. Maybe YT think it's a copyright violation. Why did you convert into a different format using AVS? This may have raised some suspicion.

I suggest you send a message to YT, explain exactly what you did and ask politely if this caused a violation to their terms.

In my experience with YT they WILL take down vids that are duplicate. Also, since you used the same keywords and the vids were the same (even though a different format) YT probably thought you were trying to dominate certain keywords.

In the past I have been able to dominate keywords and take up 5 of the top 10 results. You might have done the same. If one person flags your video then YT does its detective work and looks through the whole account.

Might of had more success if you spread the vids throughout many accounts so when or if you get flagged only some of your videos will be taken down.

What are the specific violations that they close your account for?
    Copyright infringement ?

BTW, i don't think this is one of those "out of nowhere" thingy. This is something that you should have expected if you have been taking copyrighted materials for your commercial gains.

I suggest you contact YouTube and ask what is it that you have violated, just to be clear. It is so hard to just throw away all the effort.

This is another lesson to be learn when it comes to videos.
