How To Create An Popup On My Sales Page?

Hi! I want an popup on my sales page. I'm going to offering a free ebook in this popup window. But how do I create popups? I have searched on Google, but nothing works.

I also want the popup delayed by 5-6 seconds after the visitors have entered the sales page.

    If you use Aweber and create your optin form there, you can choose to have it display as a popup. Some people think using a lightbox is better. It is also an option for your aweber form.

    As far as when the popup appears - you can specify the time when you want it to appear when you make it in Aweber.
