Hello,

I have little question about blog commenting. When I post a comment to domain rank 5, but page rank is 2, then basically it's worth as PR2, am I right?

And secondly, when you do blog commenting, then what is the minimum PR for you?

  • I never even think about PR.

I think about what the blogger is saying and if I have anything useful to add.

Your first question: yes, it's the rank of the page that weights your backlink.

Recently I've tried to look for blogs using commentluv with keywordluv and leave a worthwhile comment with relevant anchor text. That's if I'm commenting for the backlink. If I'm commenting for the traffic then I don't give a rip what the PR is, just that I have something worthwhile to add.

Damn right, relevancy is what matters these days, SEO isn't a numbers game. It's going social...and fast
