Default PLR Prices...

I'm getting ready to offer PLR either on my site or I'm going to set up a site dedicated to offering PLR but what is good for a pack of premium PLR content?

It would come in the form of articles with Title, Summary, Body and Resource box but people could use them however they like. Any idea how much a good price would be for a pack of 5 or 10?

Any idea/help would rock. Thanks!

Andrew

I'm looking at doing the same thing. I'm also a first-timer at it. What I'm seeing is about $1 per article, so $10 for a pack of 10 articles. Though there are some deals I've seen that are even less.

check out plr wholesaler. i'm not giving out the link here. it's by gabor olah.

yeah, some of the PLR has been slung around like cow dung...but every now and then they offer something new for free.

the idea is to be the first to jump on it, when its available, so you can either use it to make some quick $$$, or to build a list (like I do)

enjoy yourselves!

You mean limit how many times it's sold and charge a higher price?

You can have a look in the Warrior Special Offer on this forum. Articles are often on sale for $1 each. Sometimes less, sometimes more. But it's often $10 10 articles, each being 500 words.

Or look at the signatures of the different people posting here, some of them are writing themselves.
You can also have a look on other forums, websites and outsourcing sites to see how much ghostwriters are asking.

If you sell unlimited copies of your articles you should ask less than $1 per article, but if you sell only 30 or 50 copies of each package, then $1 each seems good.
Of course, the quality is important.

I, myself, would go with the premium pricing. You stand to gain happier customers that way, in my opinion.

I'm about to launch my writing services site, and I need your testimonials!
I'm offering up to 20 Warriors 1 free article of 500 words in exchange for their review.
If you're interested, simply pm me the details and I'll get started. Thank you Warriors!

As someone who has been running successful wso's related to PLR articles, I can definitely vouch for this.

Go with quality and limited Number of packs in the market and you will definitely succeed. I limit all to my PLR packs to a maximum of 30 sales and that's it.

I think that a few WSO's are selling PLR products similar to your suggestion, so it would be a great place to get some ideas for prices on your product. Typically I think articles are priced at about a dollar each give or take. Many members on the warrior forum are copywriters for articles or products so have a look at what they are offering to get a general idea for pricing. PLR is a great way to generate a reliable and steady income for sure! Good Luck! :-)

A good suggestion by twanna, and I also think that there are plenty of free sources available through the google search engine by googling free plr products. I've found several sites that offer top quality reports, ebooks and articles. Typically all you have to do is "opt in" to these sites and then you can have access to their libraries! Check it out if you can!

Price them at what you think they're worth. I dont sell my PLR articles for 20c each because I feel they are worth a lot more than that.
If you can deliver quality, then people will be willing to pay what you are asking.

Check out the pricing on the WSO's offered here, also go to Digital Point and take a look at what the rates are there.

I my humble opinion, Limited distribution is the way to go. If you write quality material, this route will command much better prices.

As far as pricing, I have seen anywhere from $0.50 to $50 per article (not counting the PLR article mega-paks). The higher pricing usually applies to the offline market. With PLR, like so many other things in life, you generally get what you pay for.

In human terms, how many $1 articles can you write each day or each week?

Yes, this is an argument to be deliberated really.
