What is the best way to spread my idea on USA ground?

Firstly hi to all!

Here is my story,
I signed with one cpa network and made a site, that if you fill out free surveys you get something in return.

Now my problem is the following... Since I'm from Croatia, it's really hard to get some kind of attention over the Atlantic... I must say that my European gig is not bad so far, but I can't stop to think that if I could spread over in the USA, my business would evolve in a great manner.

So I ask of you, what would you suggest to me as a best way to get the USA people on board?

So far I been paying ads on Google, Facebook, yahoo etc... What does drive the USA people to some site?

    Use the related terms in your post which have some traffic from search engine . Check google adwords keyword tool for it . and write article about that keyword.

    Some niche have common world traffic like health niche. so find the niche which have huge demand in USA.
    like some educational course tips , health niche , weight loss niche , etc .etc.
