I have an idea for an upsell, but not sure how to pull this off

So I have created instructional resources in the music niche. I get a lot of good feedback, but occasionally get an email where someone wants me to take a look at a song they are working on, or wants some one-on-one time.

I'm very busy and it used to be that I would do this without hesitation because I like to take care of my customers, but usually the conversation goes back and forth for ever.

You know that old saying "you give a mouse a cookie, he's going to want a glass of milk" - well once my customers get a hold of my personal email address they sometimes will try to take advantage of my time and keep asking me questions.

So a good upsell for anyone who has this problem would be to offer paid for one on one coaching, but how might I go about this?

Should I use paypal combined with skype you think? is there a better platform?

    you should offer it as a special offer if they do something for you. You could have them do some marketing for you in return for your advice or you can sell the advice to him and give him your special business email or skype. Make him work for the information you are about to give him.

      you could do coaching AND consulting, two very different things but both potentially very profitable.
