hello folks,

has anyone of you heard about 356jobs4u.com or Data Entry, Data Entry Jobs, Home Based Jobs, Work At Home Jobs, Online / Offline Data Entry, Internet Jobs, Online Paid Jobs ? these guys charged me 80 $ fee for membership to their Copy Paste job which i was supposed to do from home. it actually turned out to be a forum to which i had to post entries, and i had to make a minimum of 50 posts (which they increased to 250) in a month to get paid but the catch was that there had to be a 15 minute gap between 2 posts that you make.

i made 250 posts but they never paid me a dime. like a fool i had to stay awake at nights and post content on the forum, the forum is about online marketing...Forums and now for the last one month the forum is not online as they have been testing some functionality.

i try so much to contact customer care but i get no replies. some numbers don't work. how can i get these people to pay for all the wrong that they have done ?

any help, advice is welcome.

thanks
morelloking.

I think your effort is useless...

But why don't you try to search information
via Google and type in "online home jobs scam",
    or "online home jobs feedbacks"..

Who knows, maybe there are people who
succeeded in getting the money back.

If you paid them with a credit card or with Paypal, you may be able to get your money back. A lot of people thinks that Paypal won't help you, but where a definate scam is concerned, you might be surprised what they are willing to do.

There was something on the local news a few nights ago about this type of scam. The authorities are starting to crack down on these people. Something similar was just closed down here this past week.

Just always remember: If someone asks for money to get or give you any kind of job, run the other way as fast as you can. It's a scam. You don't have to pay for a job.

    How do they accept payments?
File a claim first through these 3 rd parties payment processor.
Last option, issue a chargeback through your bank.

  • Have you paid via 2checkout or direct cc? If you paid via 2checkout I think there's a corresponding action you can take against them via 2checkout's help. Otherwise, I am unsure as to how you can get a refund.

Caveat: If a work at home job is asking for money or requires you to pay first or perform some stuff before you can get in, BEWARE as it can be a scam. Just a word of advice.

I wasted nearly $300 on those things... They never wirked.

Now I know why they didn't work.

So forget the money lost, instead learn something creative like graphic design and offer services to people... even here on the forum.
You'll be able to make back $80 in a day... Once you pick up some few skills. This might take a few weeks but is definitely a high paid job for life.

Forget the initial ones, focus on learning something here first. I'd recommend minisite design or something like article marketing. If you
can create videos, then that's another story. You can VERY easily make $100's a day.

    Hi there,

Best thing to do is contact your local MP or even your solicitor for advice as you have put time and effort into it and you deserve to be paid for it.

It was misleading and wrong. They owe you money and county court action is possible but get advice before doing this. You are entitled to money earned.

    Hope the above information helps.

Ahh so you're one of those idiots who post useless crap to forums

Serves you right). I had to shut down my previous forum because of trolls posting garbage spam

I find it ironic that you're coming to a forum to ask for help because you haven't been paid for spamming us
