Someone told me that after the payment completed the buyer redirect to the download page ,but It is NOT ALLOW to force the buyer the fill in their email to get the product the just brougt .Is that true?
If that is not allow ,can I put the optin form under the product download link?
I am just starting IM ,and if this is a too newbie question, then sorry, but please tell me .
( My english is a bit poor,so to read the all paypal TOS is hard for me )
Can anyone tell me about this?

This common feature which you can enable /disable in almost all ecommerce software .

I don't have much experience regarding it but once i used wordpress plugin e-commerce and that provides this option .

try it if you are on wordpress.

    Yes, this is true.

PayPal wants "pay the money" to be the LAST step in the chain. Once money changes hands, you are supposed to be done asking questions and requiring actions. This is one reason I like OTO-before-payment: because PayPal does not like OTO-after-payment.

Yes, you can do that. PayPal recommends this. You can also automatically add the PayPal email to your list through an automated IPN response.
