Article Marketing - Which Way Is Better?

Article marketing is a controversial topic at times. If you were pressed to choose between only one or the other, in your opinion, is it better to submit the same article across all the top directories and point it to your site OR submit articles across all the directories pointing back at a single article (which then points to your site)?

Awesome! Appreciate the reply...now, what if you were held at gunpoint and had to choose ONLY one or the other? Which would you choose?

Articles can be powerful traffic and link building tools IF you do it the right way and include the right links in your BIO....

This way you get the full benefit of the links in your article. Of course the format of the article is important too but the BIO is the "secret weapon"...
Awesome...and that makes sense...I just wonder about "Juice bleed" having two backlinks in the resource box VS. just one single link to the "optimized" page. I wonder how much more impact the single-linked resource box has over the double-linked one. I usually link to the SAME page twice just in two different forms (that way there's no juice bleed) whether or not that's the most ideal way...that's why I'm questioning it now (in addition to my original question that I'd still love to see get answered some more).

Eziseo, and yes my line of questioning is based on the SEO/backlinking benefits side of article marketing...which leads me to my original question FOR that specific purpose (Strictly SEO/Backlinking technical research). You'll find the original question in video #1 of this thread and the clarification to it in video #2.

Why get people to go to the same article?? If they have just read it, and they click on a link in your resource box, it's because they liked the info you gave and want to see what you are all about. So why send them to the same article? Why not send them to what you are offering? Ask yourself this... where would you want to be sent?

And if you are also wanting to build back links, then it would be better to submit unique articles to the other directories.

      Andy! Long time no see...

What happened to you over at Bryxen?

Anyway, perhaps you misunderstood my line of questioning. Refer to the video below for clarification. In option 'B' of the video/question posted above I'm not referring to pointing the same articles over to another same exact article. That would not make sense, I agree. I'm simply talking about "juicing up" an article by sending OTHER articles across the hot directories to point a single different article on another directory like EZA (which then points to your site) VS. submitting articles across all the directories that all point directly to your site.

Can you now see how you misunderstood my initial question? (Because I can certainly see how I didn't ask it clearly enough!)

I would use both strategies at different times, with different articles.

SEs and article marketing changes all the time, focusing very tightly one 1 strategy might hurt in the long run, even if it's successful right now.

I do that for every SEO effort: mixing strategies, not only using the currently most successful, but any strategy that makes any sense at all.
