Have you removed the affiliate link? If so and it's still not showing up, you will need to email the helpdesk up there ^^^^

I would send a note to the Help Desk and explain to them, they respond rather quickly.

I wouldn't take this advice. Do not bother Thomas over something you brought on yourself.

I switched out the affiliate link you had in your signature for the usual line: "Please do not include affiliate links in signatures." You changed it back, rather than trying to find out why someone other than you who had the ability to edit your profile said not to do that.

I believe this is the second thread you've started on this. You're not getting your signature back any time soon. And if you follow the advice of the person who suggested creating a new profile, you'll find that we don't approve of that much. We can't stop the creation process, but we can do other things. And playing that game guarantees that you never develop any sort of useful reputation here.

More than one person has permanently blown up their credibility in this forum by starting down that road.

You obviously were not following the steps very well or you have a bad mentor? Lesson learnt. Read the rules before you play with the new toy.

It probably wouldn't hurt to go make a few helpful posts so that the admin can see you plan to actually contribute to the forum. Suggestions -- go to the copywriting board and give feedback to someone looking for it (you don't have to be a pro to just say whether a sales page would convince you to buy), or answer a question or post some positive feedback to a Warrior who is down. Give and you shall receive.

Sorry - but you had the answer to this question yesterday from a mod.

You were warned about the affiliate link in your signature. You ignored the warning - this is what happens. Your signature is disabled for a time - don't know how long but not good to keep asking about it.

Your mentor left out the part about "read the rules of any forum you join".

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Why don't you read responses to your older threads?

The reason you're having problems is this:

You only have 17 posts so why don't create a new account and follow carefully the guidelines...

This is NOT a good idea. The mods will see this as you trying to buck the system. If they do (and they will) see it, you could be banned from the Forum for good. The only one that will suffer is you.

I remember back in the day, that Paul wrote to me warning me not to publise an series of article in my blog. There was no affiliate link, BUT IT WAS AGAINST THE RULES - SO I STOPPED, and apologised. I've had no problems since.

If, as it seems, your sig was corrected by Paul, then you went back and put the link back in, you deserve a penalty.

I think you'll have to build a rep for a while before your sig is returned to you.

But don't put an affiliate link back in there, OR IN THE POST (just incase you were'nt sure).

Do what I did, and spend some time READING THE RULES!

At the time of writing, you have 17 posts. Some people have been Warriors fo years with thousands of posts. Do you really think the rules will be changed for you?

That can get you banned. You're only allowed one account.

I just made my signature...this may seem silly but how do I change it so that it shows different words as the hyperlink instead of just my website url?

Write the keyword you want to hyperlink, select it, press the hyperlink button (it's the picture of a world with a chain) and enter the url of the website you want to link to. This will link that keyword to your site.

      Hope it helps.
