Most products/services with affiliate programs will supply banners, they're usually called creatives.

What exactly are you looking to promote Clickbank - Amazon - CPA?

If you want promotion materials for an affiliate program, why not go to that affiliate program?

Is that what you're asking?

You sign up for an affiliate program and they give you your link.

If you use something like clickbank, they have a marketplace where you can go and get links for each individual product.

Most merchant sites supply marketing materials such affiliate links, banners, etc. to their affiliates. There's no need to create them.

My honest opinion. I wouldn't waste my time with affiliate marketing. Develop your own product or find a reliable supplier of wholesale physical products. However, if affiliate marketing is something you need to do, build a list. Any affiliate marketer who has a stable income from affiliate marketing has a list.

Bekage are you asking something like you are starting your own affiliate program or you are going to join affiliate programs to promote them. If you are joining affiliate programs to promote them then you can ask program owners to provide promotional ingredient. But if you are starting your own affiliate program you need to do it yourself, there are tools for banner creation which you can use.

Yeah ajaykt starting my own affiliate program i was told about a site called jvnotifypro i clicked on a product that was soon to launch signed up then they gave me a affiliate link to promote the product and access to there banners. Just want to know now how to apply link and banners to my site there must be software or a program to do that i just dont know what to use or should i join up there affiliate program.

Buddy you are promoting affiliate programs not starting affiliate program. Well, you want to apply links and banners to your website, right! first of all you must have a established website where you can apply links and banners.. i would suggest you to install wordpress on your domain name then write some articles regarding your program put your links in your article and post them to your wordpress website then put banner code in the specific part of your website wherever you want..

Hi bekaje

I think you may be putting the cart before the horse, so take a breath and I'll recap on the order of things to get you into affiliate marketing. This is just a brief outline, which you will need to research as you progress.

First I will say (contrary to some other advice here), that Affiliate Marketing is a very good way to start out, as:
You don't need your own products

It can be relatively easy to set up

It can often have fairly quick returns

You can build 'residual incomes'

Some of the top marketers made their first incomes this way

You will learn many new skills you can use elsewhere
However, you must understand. It will take time, and you need to focus and work hard. To get the best benefits from Affiliate Marketing, you must expect to consistently work. It does get easier with time, and as you learn.
The Basic Tools You'll Need
Website or Blog. I recommend starting with a Wordpress site

Domain Name.

Web Hosting.

An Autoresponder
To you will need to:
Select a niche to work in

Find a product to promote (Clickbank etc.)

Set up your blog/site

Write some relevant articles for site

Install and set up auto responder/email marketing opt-in (squeeze)

Find a good incentive for your opt-in to start building a list of prospective customers
On going you will need to:
Keep creating useful articles for your site

Attract and generate traffic to your site

Build a relationship with visitors and prospective customers
These are just the nuts and bolts of Affiliate Marketing. I would recommend that you register for a good training/coaching/mentoring course, which will save you a lot of stress, time and money.

Use restraint when buying products or WSOs. Many are identical, some are useless. A few are excellent. Use due diligence.

Focus and stick with one tactic at a time. It WILL take some time before you start seeing results, but by staying with one thing, you'll have a better chance of succeeding.
Your Targets Are:
Establish your presence - site or blog

Attract visitors

Build a list

Build relationships

Promote your affiliate products.
Ask specific questions here, in the Forum. Most of the answers are here.

You'll notice I put Promote Products last.
There's quite a bit of groundwork, but it is doable.

Keep faith in your abilities, and keep focussed.

I would recommend that instead of doing a lot of guess work, you try out services like AmMyBoss Web Services. They offer web design services with guaranteed targeted traffic. what you will need to do is identify a niche you want to go into and send them this info. If unsure, they can help you identify a profitable niche.

There are many ways you will be able to monetize this website (and it will be done for you). these include adsense, affiliate products among others.

As I guessed you want to join affiliate programs. There are tons of them, and you should select out several of them. It depends what products are you going to promote and sell. The searching tool for affiliate products is like this, you should Google your keyword: "product" +affiliate.

First off, you should get a Clickbank account.

They are the largest retailer of digital goods online these days and you will find products of all walks of life to promote there. It would be a good idea to have some kind of idea about that type of niche you wanna be in or at least be knowledgeable about the product.

Second, you'll need to get that affiliate link. Once inside Clickbank, just click on the big green PROMOTE button, that will create your affiliate link.

Now as far as promoting goes, this is where most people get lost because there are so many different ways to get traffic to your affiliate link.

You could setup a niche site and try to rank for a keyword in Google using SEO.

Or you could forward and mask your affiliate link to a domain name and try to run some paid traffic to it from Facebook Ads or another similar PPC (pay per click) network.

It really just depends if you have more money or time.

If you have more money, you should probably consider investing in some advertising online.

On the flip side, if you have more time than money, maybe sit down and figure out SEO and try to get a site ranked or write a few Squidoo lenses and optimize those for Google.

Either way, just remember that you either have to leverage your time or your money.

3) get webhosting
4) put up your content with affiliate links and banners
5) get traffic to your site
