PDC Non-Paying Publisher

So what do I do about this?

I emailed the publisher and opened a ticket on the PDC site. Didn't receive a response from either. This publisher has several products being sold on there.

I know that I maybe screwed out of my money, but I have to see them removed from the marketplace.

You've done everything right (contacting the publisher and PDC). There is nothing we can do so stop bumping this. If someone has an idea they'll post it. People are not posting because what can we do? As Kirk said you might try to sue but that is probably not worth it unless they owe you thousands of dollars.

I don't know what else you can do other emailing the publisher (sometimes they just forget) and emailing PDC... both of which you've done. Give it time and see what PDC says when they get back to you. They'll probably remove this person if there's proof he/she isn't paying affiliates.

(And if you don't hear back from PDC, then you can try opening another ticket in case you fell through the cracks. It happens.)

As Kirk said, you could also start legal proceedings.

Which brings me to a question for you -- you've given an infraction to Kirk for "insulting." May I ask why you gave this infraction? Was there something more to his post that's no longer there?

    Cheers,
    Becky

Unfortunately, there is little that you can do other than contact PDC
about them. If they find that these publishers are not paying they will
      remove their account.

I have run into this problem as well, which is why I now only promote a PDC
product of somebody I know very well.

I'd try to contact the seller outside of PDC if you can (like through his/her normal e-mail instead of using PDC itself). You might find that they just forgot and don't see PDC notifications. This might especially be the case if the product isn't a brand new launch.
