Here's a heads up...

With this economy, people need to go a little crazy and have some fun for awhile.

It looks like many people have chosen Halloween to do so.

The ChiTown paper estimates more than a 9% increase in costume sales from last year.

    I wouldn't even attempt to do it this year, but the more I think about it, the more I want to have something in place for next year.

    Haven't done too much research in the niche so I'm not sure what the competition looks like. I'd love to hear people's Halloween niche success stories though.

      Wow, difficult market to crack esp on short notice, finding a niche a year in advance may be tricky but with a bit of creativity and research, it's certainly worth looking into very seriously.

    During hard times, people focus heavily on entertainment.

    One of the biggest video game launches in history was during this dreadful economy. At $60 a copy, sales set all kinds of records.

    The iPhone even has met huge sales during this economy.

    Yet, other businesses are still suffering a major downturn.

    If you can focus on selling the little things and the things that inspire home entertainment, then the sales and profits for your business will remain strong.
