After Solo Ads and Straight Away DO Adswap, Can Be?

Hi All, after I do solo ads and get new subscribers, can I straight away do Adswap with others JV? Will my Adswap JV partner they get good click rate?

Or I should build a relationship with the new subscribers first before Adswap??
