What is the purpose of this? You can register a domain name via paypal with namecheap cant you?

well duh, actually it is spam. and not exactly that hard. you write a cheque. Or use paypal.

Did read your article, not sure it would 'save someone's life'... but, maybe if someone told them they needed a domain name, OR ELSE... :P

Yeah you can absolutely register a domain with a debit card or paypal.
