Page One but not Getting the Traffic

Hi, I wonder if anyone can give some advice? I have a client website which I got to number 2 position on google pretty quickly. The monthly traffic in the UK alone for that site should be 5400 . However she is only seeing traffic of around 6 per day.

It doesnt make sense, Ive done a couple of tests with the description but still the same result, the content is fine and relevant - any ideas/tips?

Are you basing the monthly traffic on broad match or exact match results?
