ANOTHER Amazon problem, only 4% commission

Amazon had some trouble updating yesterday, and when they finally did it seems they gave the wrong commission.

They have a tiered commission system and I should have been getting 8%, but for everything sold on Sept 30th they gave me 4%, as if it was Oct 1st

Anyone else notice this?

    I didn't earn a commission yesterday, but my clicks and sales for the month of didn't show up in yesterday's report. If I did have a sale yesterday, I am guessing the commission would've been at 4% as well.

    I'm experiencing the exact same thing. month to date earnings is showing the earnings for sept 30th only and not the whole of september. It does seem like it is treating sept 30th as if it was ctober 1st.

    They still are not correct. The must have some sort of glitch in their system... Mine are messed up as well. They have a second announcement on their discussion boards.

    I noticed this also.

    Is anyone else experiencing delays again for the report? Stats for 01/10 haven't been updated yet. They are usually updated by this time.

    Yes my sales for 30th September are showing at 4% when they should be 6.5 % - this also happened to be the day on which I sold an item priced at $1,600, so I am sincerely hoping they are going to sort it out! No update for 1st October yet.
