Where else to write for money? In need of a solid place.

I've worked for Textbroker, Odesk, iWriter and the Warriorforum. Textbroker I've been with the longest(8 months). All of the others I only started going to recently.

The only two that I currently work for are Textbroker, and iWriter. Odesk requires applications and I haven't been accepted yet. My warriorforum thread went down the toilet after the first couple of days. Losing the spot where it's paid attention to.

Had I known I had to pay another 20 dollars to rebump the thread, I would've pushed myself harder when I started. I figured there was no rush. They need to warn people about that. Luckfully, I did make a 7 dollar profit.:rolleyes:

    Have you tried goferr.com it's pretty much like fiverr but $25 per job so a bit more meaty. The buyers and sellers all a bit more serious. Not so many pretty girls saying "i'll be your facebook GF for a day" and so on

    You can always start out by offering your services on Fiverr. When you deliver your article, send a note that tells them thank you and let them know that they can find your other services on your website. This works quite well and you get to keep all the money instead of sharing it with an article revenue site. If you have questions, PM me and I'll be glad to help you get set up.

      I think you better stick with the idea given above on fiverr. And as they said, get website, logo and put some articles on a blog.

      I could help you set up the blog if you pay for the hosting and domain name. PM me if you need help in that regard. Hey, I won't charge for this. Just pay for the domain or hosting wherever you want and hit me up for the set up.

      By having a blog with articles you can refer clients to it as samples of work that you have previously done and this command authority. You will be able to charge more as opposed to the $5 at fiverr.

            It's a process and just depends upon how you network, pitch, follow up, etc. Pick up last year's print guides at libraries or Amazon for cheap, and review markets to find a fit for your talents. Trade Publications are a good place to break in, and then grow from there. See if any publishers are in your area, too.

        That was more of a future plan. Maybe in like the next month or so, I'll set up a website. God it was such a headache the last time I tried. I found out some things about the current site that I work for, and it's helping me make out with a little bit more money. By the end of this month I'll get a website.

        I want to master what I'm making here so I have an actual income, and then slowly build a website afterwards. I don't want to have two split focuses yet.

    Now, about writing for Constant Content, if you can write quality articles without mistakes and if you have the patience to deal with their guidelines and bear their constant rejections, you should try to work there because it’s a place where you make a lot of money for writing simple articles. I used to write a few articles about internet marketing and I was selling most of them (400 – 600 word articles) for around $17 - $25 each one very easily at Constant Content because it gets a lot of traffic. If you’ll manage to work there you’ll have many advantages. My prices were quite low because I wanted to sell my articles the fastest possible. If you have the patience you can sell each article for better prices.

    Their guidelines are impossible, but there are ways to get along with this problem. I can help you learn many secrets about writing for CC. Send me a message if you want to have more information about this matter.

    If I only wanted to make money online, I would simply work writing articles and sell them at Constant Content. However, I have my mental health business, which is more important for me because I worked many years in this field, and this is why I couldn’t keep writing articles for CC and promoting my business at the same time… Besides that, my knowledge about internet marketing is limited, it’s not like my knowledge about mental health. In the end I had to waste too much time with research, while in my field I already made the research so I don’t waste time.

    The problem with Constant Content is that you have to wait for the right customer. Sometimes he/she delays to arrive, especially in the beginning, when you are a new author. However, with a lot of work and patience you will start selling your articles and making a lot of money there if you are an excellent writer and if you write many articles per week about in-demand topics (like internet marketing and health).

    You can't just post your ad in WFH once and expect to get rich. You have to bump it as soon as it hits page 3 (about 5 days or so). This way you keep building a client base and show people you are serious.

    You will get clients that only want $5.00 worth of work just once and you will get clients that want $50.00 worth of work per month for several months. The only way to find either of them is to keep posting the thread.
